Help Fight Heart Disease in Women and wear RED on Friday, Feb 4th

Have a heart this February as we celebrate Heart Month and celebrate the HeartBeats Gala that will be held on February 19th, 2011. Most importantly we celebrate the life of Zachary Schrah - born on February 10th and passed away from Sudden Cardiac Arrest on April 2nd.

February is a great month to start living heart healthy and doing things to better your life. For more information on Heart Month you can visit the HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano or the American Heart Association website.

On Friday February 4th all women can wear the color RED to celebrate the life of someone that has died of heart disease or just to wear the color Red to support fighting Heart Disease. At GoRedforWomen.org you can find out all the risk factors and treatments for heart disease in women.

Support Livingfor Zachary by attending the HeartBeats Gala, donating to the Living for Zachary Foundation or simply wear Red on Friday to help fight Heart Disease!

For HeartBeats Gala Tickets or to view all the wonderful HeartBeats Gala silent auction items, you can visit the Living for Zachary website. It will be a night full of music, good food, great silent auction items and all for a good cause and in wonderful remembrance of Zachary Schrah and for anyone that has lost their life to Sudden Cardiac Arrest or any heart disease.

So many ways to help fight Heart Disease - so have a Heart this month, wear Red and attend a Living for Zachary event!
